This page explains the rules and does not collect consent. Before recording or publication, you receive a form with the specific details completed. You select consents yourself; an empty box means no consent.

2. Stage A: before recording
- I voluntarily consent to my voice and, if I turn on my camera, my image being recorded during the session to prepare material promoting Mikołaj Konrad Grzejda's service. The recording may include discussion of my results. The raw recording will be deleted once the necessary clips have been selected and no later than 90 days after recording.
I understand that I can attend without being recorded. This does not affect the price, service scope or guarantee. This consent does not yet authorise publication.
I can withdraw consent at any time by email or Telegram. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. After withdrawal, the controller stops the recording and preparation covered by the withdrawal and deletes the recording, unless retaining strictly specified data is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not record unnecessary information from a shared screen. Recordings and screenshots must exclude third-party data and information unrelated to the material's purpose.
3. Stage B: approval of specific material

Period of use
Approved material and selected files needed for editing are retained and used until consent is withdrawn or use to promote the service ends, whichever happens first. At least annually, the controller checks that the materials remain necessary, current and within the scope of consent, and deletes materials no longer needed. The entire unused conversation is not retained on this basis.
Choice of channels
I consent to processing of the data specified above and authorise dissemination of my image and statements in the approved material to promote the service, only in the places and forms I select myself:

Each box is an independent choice. Publication on a profile does not imply consent to paid advertising. Other channels, advertising placements or substantially changed material require further approval.
Before approving the material, you receive information about the selected platform operators, data recipients and transfers outside the EEA under sections 4 and 5 of the privacy policy. Profile addresses and advertising placements must be completed before consent is given. Consent to a profile does not automatically cover every placement available in an advertising system.
Editing and withdrawal
I approve the edit and caption shown to me. Consent does not cover changes that distort the meaning of my statement.
I understand that internet users can view and copy public materials. Platform operators also process data under their own rules described in the privacy policy provided to me.
I can withdraw consent entirely or for selected channels or paid advertisements by Telegram or email: topdrivers.kontakt@gmail.com. This does not affect the price or delivery of the service. The controller will stop the use covered by withdrawal without undue delay and remove the relevant publications and advertisements under their control. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use.
